Jennifer (Jenny) Parker is an Architectural Historian within the Technical Preservation Services office. She is a co-author of the Guidelines on Flood Adaptation for Rehabilitating Historic Buildings (2019). She is also a reviewer for projects applying for Federal Historic Tax Credits.
