Rob Semmes

Mr. Semmes has extensive experience in waterfront planning and development projects. He specializes in marina development and revitalization, financial performance projection modeling for modern luxury marina developments, marina market segmentation, and specialty environmental issues related to port and harbor development, and ecosystem assessment, restoration, and mitigation.

He also prepares water and sediment quality assessments, sedimentation investigations, and plans and specifications for dredging, marina and boat landing construction projects. He has extensive permit preparation and negotiation experience for projects with complex environmental issues, including open water and ocean disposal of dredged material and the larger issues related to harbor deepening and expansion.
