Noah Slovin is an Environmental Scientist in the Water Resources department of Milone & MacBroom, Inc.  He has been working on hazard mitigation and coastal resilience planning for two years at that company, and previously researched community response to riverine floods as a Master’s student at UMass Amherst.  He is particularly interested in the role that strong community cohesion plays in building climate and hazard resilience.
