Diana Inthavong

Biography

Diana Inthavong is the Heritage Conservation Technician for the Fairfax County Park Authority in Virginia. In this role, Diana supports the Heritage Conservation Branch with treatment and rehabilitation work plans on historic properties in the county. Building on her Master’s thesis, Come Hell or High Water: Flood Mitigation and Resilience in the Holy City, Diana’s work focuses on the methods of adapting historic structures for rising sea levels and increased flood risks. Diana has undergraduate degrees in Historic Preservation and Art History from the University of Mary Washington, and a master’s degree in Historic Preservation from the joint program at Clemson University and the College of Charleston.
