Christopher Meyer is the Program Manager of Response and Logistics for Howard County, Maryland’s Office of Emergency Management. He served as a firefighter in Howard County for 8 years with a focus on hazard materials and WMD response, before transferring to the Office of Emergency Management in 2013. Christopher studied Political Science at the University of Maryland, University College.
