Biography

Andrea directs the strategy and staff for Environment America’s national global warming solutions campaign. She has served as the executive director of two National Historic Landmarks, Oatlands in Leesburg, Virginia and the Colorado Chautauqua in Boulder. She represented 25,000 Virginians on the Loudoun County Board of Supervisors where she led local efforts to address climate change. Her areas of expertise include global warming and land conservation. Andrea has authored articles on global warming, historic preservation and sustainability and was the recipient of the Climate Leadership Award from the Chesapeake Climate Action Network.
