Shawn oversees all geospatial development and managing the City of Annapolis’ GeoPortal. Her skills in geospatial mapping and application development have led to the design of products such as the Substance Use Disorder Bed Finder, an application under development which works to expedite treatment to those who suffer from the disease of addiction by identifying available treatment sites for referrals by first responders. She has been a part of the Weather It Together team since its inception in 2013. She holds and Geography degree from UMBC and has had her Geographic Information Systems Professional certification for 10 years.
